Experienced Fencer / Groundworker Required - Temp to Perm | Property Maintenance Contractor
Our client is a well-established property maintenance contractor looking for an experienced
Fencer / Groundworker to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves carrying out a range of external works across occupied and void properties throughout Basingstoke and Reading.
Duties Include:
Fencing repairs and installations
Paving repairs and installations
Manhole and drainage works
General brickwork repairs
General external property maintenance
What's Provided:
Company van
Fuel card
Ongoing work with the opportunity to go permanent
Preferred (Not Essential):
CAT & Genny trained
Requirements:
Previous experience in fencing and general groundwork
Ability to carry out a variety of external maintenance works
Reliable, practical and able to work independently
