Groundworker Required - Sunderland
Groundworker required for ongoing work in Sunderland, starting on 27/10/2026
Type of Work:
Drainage
Kerbing
General groundworks and associated external works
Rate & Working Hours:
Rate negotiable per hour
CIS, Umbrella and PAYE payment options available
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm
41.5 hours per week
Requirements:
Valid CPCS card or NPORS card with CSCS logo
Documents Required Upon Application:
Candidates must be prepared to provide the following:
Proof of CPCS or NPORS card with CSCS logo
Photo of passport or birth certificate
National Insurance number
Two working references
