Job Title: District Heating Engineer
Location: South East London
Salary: £40,000 w/ Van, Fuel Card, Uniform, PDA
Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are currently seeking a District Heating Engineer join a successful Social Housing Contractor on a South East London contract. The client are looking for someone with good knowledge and experience within the Plumbing and Heating sector, specifically within a Social Housing environment.

District Heating Engineer Responsibilities:

• Working on Communal Heating systems within Social Housing properties
• Attend properties to rectify heating and hot water issues
• Installation works such as radiators, TRVs, motorised valves, cylinders etc.
• Isolating properties in order to carry out work
• Good customer service on every visit

District Heating Engineer Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
• Experience working with District/Communal systems (desirable)
• Experience working in Social Housing environments (desirable)
