Special Projects Contract Manager - Social Housing Location: London
Contract: 6 months initially, potential 12 months
Rate: Up to £500 per day Umbrella

We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading social housing organisation, managing high-risk fire safety and external wall system (EWS) contracts across a large residential portfolio.

Key Requirements Strong social housing experience

Proven Contracts Management experience

End-to-end procurement and contract management experience within social housing

Experience procuring and managing fire safety / building safety contracts

Strong contractor, commercial and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of EWS, FRAEWs, Fire Risk Assessments and PAS 9980

Experience with remediation funding schemes such as the Cladding Safety Scheme is desirable

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Social Housing Contracts Manager to take ownership of a high-profile, safety-critical programme.

Up to £500 per day Umbrella | 6 months initially | Potential extension
