Location: Sandwell and surrounding areas
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Benefits: Company van and fuel card

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a well-established organisation on a permanent basis. The role will involve completing reactive repairs and maintenance work across Sandwell and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of plastering repairs and maintenance work
• Completing reactive repairs to a high standard
• Working professionally within occupied properties
• Providing a reliable and customer-focused service
• Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Time-served Plasterer with relevant trade experience
• Social housing, reactive repairs and maintenance experience would be ideal
• NVQ in Plastering or a valid CSCS card would be beneficial, but is not essential
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
