Site Manager - Fire Door Maintenance

My client is a reputable construction company specialising in planned and reactive repair contracts for local authorities across north and East London - including private sector and commercial refurbishment work

They are seeking a dedicated Site Manager for a fire door maintenance project in Islington; duration of the project is 6 months with the opportunity to stay on after.

Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of a 6-month fire door maintenance project in Islington.

The successful candidate will have the chance to continue their journey with our company beyond the initial contract period

Skills

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or maintenance projects
• Familiarity with fire door maintenance and relevant regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
