About Net Zero Careers
Net Zero Careers supports roles that ensure high-quality retrofit delivery and compliance across residential projects. Customer-facing roles like this are vital to ensure residents are informed, safe, and satisfied while supporting the UK's net-zero goals.
About the role
Working closely with both customers and engineering teams, you'll coordinate appointments, support the delivery of planned and responsive renewables works, and help maintain the high standards of service our clients expect. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact, whether that's arranging urgent repairs, resolving customer queries, or ensuring works are completed efficiently and on time.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating engineering activities, managing changing priorities, tracking job progress and ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales. You'll work closely with engineers to confirm availability and completion dates, while also maintaining accurate records and updating schedules as requirements change. Providing excellent customer service will be at the heart of what you do, with a focus on resolving issues quickly, handling complaints professionally and ensuring customers remain informed throughout their journey.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with previous experience in contract administration, scheduling, customer service or a similar administrative role, ideally within the gas, energy, repairs, maintenance or wider service delivery sector. You'll be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers, residents, engineers and internal stakeholders alike. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, along with a calm, professional approach when dealing with changing demands or challenging situations.
Why Join Us
You'll be part of a supportive team that values expertise, reliability and great customer service. We offer a positive working environment, opportunities for development and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

- Strong opportunities for career growth and development
