Senior Building Surveyor Job in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Senior Building Surveyor job for a leading multidisciplinary construction and engineering consultancy based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Cambridge office. Offering a salary of between £55,000 and £70,000 + Car allowance £6k-£7k + Bonus + 28 days Holiday.
Our client, is made up of 185 employees across 11 offices and they are a multidisciplinary construction and engineering consultancy who has recently been awarded B-Corp certification, offering services across cost consultancy, building surveying, project management, CDM, M&E, sustainability, and site inspection. Serving investors, developers, occupiers, and owners in relation to commercial, industrial, residential, education and retail projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out contract administration
- Undertake a variety of surveys
- Dilapidations
- Technical due diligence
- Support business development through building client relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
- MRICS is essential
- 0-2 years PQE
- Degree in building surveying
- Good understanding of building pathology
- Good knowledge of commercial building contracts
- Up to date building knowledge
- Commercial project experience
- Full driving licence and own car.
