Contracts Manager/Hard Services Manager

Location: Stockport
Contract: Temporary until the end of November
Start date: ASAP
Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience
Working arrangement: Hybrid - Stockport-based a couple of days per week

We are looking for an immediately available Contract Manager or Hard Services Manager to support the day-to-day running of a facilities management contract in Stockport.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the contract
• Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
• Updating and maintaining the CAFM system
• Managing two Assistant Facilities Managers
• Ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Supporting the smooth hand-back of the contract to the client

Requirements:

• Previous experience at Contract Manager or Hard Services Manager level
• Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance and compliance
• Experience managing facilities management teams and contracts
• Ability to attend Stockport a couple of days per week
• Basic DBS check
• Available to start immediately

This is a temporary opportunity running until the end of November, with the rate negotiable based on the successful candidate's experience.
