Dutton Recruitment are currently looking for a Kitchen Fitter / Mutli Trade operative for ongoing work installing Kitchens on Social Housing projects.

Our client would ideally like someone who has the ability to plaster the kitchen after the electrics have been carried out, Install the kitchen, Tile where the cooker would be and then paint to finish it off.

The properties are in the following post code areas:

GL, WR, CV, DY and B97.

For the right candidates there is up to 10 years worth of work on the basis that everything is going well and the work is up to standard.

With it being a social housing project you will need CSCS Card, UKATA Asbestos Awareness and Face Fit Cert.

We're looking for people on a price, with the following being offered  KITCHEN:UPGRADE TO STANDARD 1P OR 2P/1 BED £1,250.00 KITCHEN:UPGRADE TO STANDARD 3P OR 4P/2 BED £1,250.00 KITCHEN:UPGRADE TO STANDARD 5P/3 BED £1,400.00 KITCHEN:UPGRADE TO STANDARD 6P/4 BED £1,400.00 KITCHEN:UPGRADE TO STANDARD 7P/5 AND MORE BED £1,500.00 KITCHEN:UPGRADE TO STANDARD SMALL KITCHEN £1,250.00 KITCHEN:UPGRADE TO STANDARD MEDIUM KITCHEN £1,350.00 KITCHEN:UPGRADE TO STANDARD LARGE KITCHEN £1,400.00 To break that down into an hourly rate, if a small Kitchen takes a week at 40 hours, you're looking at an equivalent rate of £31.25 per hour. For a large kitchen, it's the equivalent of £35 per hour.
