Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience working as a Project Manager within a construction or property consultancy.
- A relevant degree in Construction Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- MRICS qualification, or an ambition to work towards chartership.
- Experience delivering construction projects through different stages of the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement and project management processes.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to client service.
- The ambition to develop into a Senior Project Manager and ultimately progress into a leadership position.
This is more than just another Project Manager vacancy. You'll be joining a successful consultancy with an excellent industry reputation, an impressive client base and a genuine commitment to developing its people.
