Job Description
Streetworks Operative - Immediate Start
Location: Balfour Beatty M3 Jct9 Project
Site Address: Spitfire Link Maintenance Compound, Opposite R&W Yard, Winchester, SO21 1HA
Pay Rate: £19.21 per hour
Hours: 10-11.5 hours paid per day
Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekend availability may be required in the future)
We are currently seeking an experienced Streetworks Operative to join our team immediately on the Balfour Beatty M3 Junction 9 Project in Winchester.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Streetworks Ticket (NRSWA) or EUSR Cat 1 & 2 - must have one of these to be considered
- Proven experience in streetworks or utility works
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Committed to working safely and following all site procedures
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £19.21
- Long-term work on a major infrastructure project
- Paid for 10-11.5 hours per day
- Supportive site team and well-established contractor
Overtime & Enhanced Rates:
- Monday - Friday (up to 10 hours/day): Flat rate (£19.21/hour)
- Monday - Friday (over 10 hours): Time + 25% (£24.01/hour)
- Monday - Friday Nights (7pm-7am): Time + 33% (£25.56/hour)
- Weekends (including nights): Time + 50% (£28.82/hour)
- Bank Holidays (including nights): Time + 50% (£28.82/hour)
Start Date: ASAP
