Role: Working Foreman - Earthworks, Structures & Maintenance
Location: Warwickshire & West Midlands (Coleshill, Sutton Coldfield, Water Orton, Solihull & Birmingham)Rate: £26.96 per hour
Duration: Minimum 3 months, with the potential to extend up to 12 months
MSS Infrastructure Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Working Foremen to support major infrastructure projects across the Warwickshire and West Midlands region.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Earthworks
- Structures
- Maintenance
Requirements
- CSCS Black or Gold Card
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience supervising site teams
- Strong commitment to health & safety
- Ability to lead operatives while remaining hands-on when required
Responsibilities
- Supervising site operatives and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Delivering toolbox talks and site briefings
- Monitoring quality, productivity and programme
- Promoting and maintaining high health & safety standards
- Liaising with project management teams and stakeholders
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role on a major infrastructure scheme with a well-established contractor.
