A leading european main contractor are seeking an Integration supervisor for a significant DC build in Portugal. A great opportunity to work on one of europes largest builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with other trades to ensure smooth integration of site activities.
- Prepare and issue weekly progress reports to the line manager.
- Conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Develop and maintain a two-week lookahead schedule for upcoming works.
- Attend daily DAB meetings and provide updates on progress and issues.
- Ensure labour resources are maintained in line with project programme requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality across all activities.
- Manage subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Report all variations, delays, and potential risks to the line manager promptly.
- Oversee plant and material management to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring safe handling, storage, and site logistics.
- Verify that all subcontractor plant and access equipment are certified, safe, and in good working order.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
- Promote safe work practices and identify opportunities to improve site safety.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across all work areas.
- Complete and submit weekly "Don't Walk By" safety cards.
Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
- Proven experience in a similar role within an M&E contracting environment (essential).
- Telecoms experience is required.
- Previous Data Centre project experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
