Electrical Commissioning Engineer
Up to 130k + Flights + Sole Accommodation + Travel
We're partnering with a global engineering leader involved in some of Europe's most advanced data centre developments. With a strong presence across Germany, Ireland, and Northern Europe, this organisation is delivering high-performance, energy-efficient facilities for cloud computing, AI, and hyperscale clients.
Our client is looking for experienced commissioning engineers for their turnkey project in the following location!
Location; Finland
Flight rotations: 10/4
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commissioning tasks across electrical vendors (UPS, switchgear, MV/HV, generators, BMS)
- Monitor progress, verify scope delivery, and communicate key milestones
- Attend and report on FATs/FWTs; supervise vendor activities and documentation compliance
- Conduct on-site commissioning operations and tagging procedures
- Lead daily/weekly internal and vendor commissioning meetings
- Coordinate with QAQC and AP departments to align objectives
- Manage and track approval of commissioning documents (scripts, compliance statements, reports)
Requirements
- Certified in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade (e.g., NVQ)
- 3+ years commissioning experience in construction environments (data centres, industrial, pharma)
- Hands-on expertise in LV/MV/HV systems and electrical testing
- Strong problem-solving, EHS awareness, and process-driven mindset
