Are you a looking to come off the road and move into a remote helpdesk role? Or perhaps you have some basic mechanical or electrical engineering knowledge and are looking for your first step into a technical engineering career? This is an excellent opportunity for a Remote Service Engineer to join a well-established, forward-thinking business in the food processing industry, recognised globally for its strong training ethos, supportive team environment, and commitment to developing its people.

Working remotely, you'll provide technical support to customers and engineers, using your existing engineering knowledge to diagnose issues. This Remote Service Engineer receive structured training on the company's equipment and systems, giving you the technical knowledge and confidence to develop within the role.

This Remote Service Engineer Role Will Include:

* Remote Service Engineer position - working remotely
* Providing over the phone technical support to customers and engineers
* Working on food processing equipment
* Diagnosing faults and assisting with troubleshooting
* Developing strong product and technical knowledge
* Access to continuous OEM training and development

The Ideal Remote Service Engineer Will Have:

* Basic Electrical / Mechanical engineering knowledge
* Field Service Engineer looking to come off the road considered
* Alternatively, someone with a basic engineering background looking to take their first step into a Remote Service role
* Good computer skills
