Site Manager - Retrofit £45,000-£50,000 + Car Allowance

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading property maintenance and refurbishment business on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract through to March 2027.

The role will cover sites across Rickmansworth, Harrow, High Wycombe, Chelmsford and surrounding areas, with projects focused on retrofit and planned refurbishment within social housing/tenanted properties.

The Role You'll be responsible for managing multiple live sites, site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Projects will include measures such as:

Solar

Loft insulation

Ventilation

Windows and doors

Planned refurbishment works

About You We're looking for a Site Manager with:

Experience in planned refurbishment, ideally within social housing

Retrofit experience/knowledge

Experience managing multiple sites and subcontractors

Strong understanding of H&S, programmes and budgets

Excellent communication skills

SMSTS (or relevant NVQ) and 3-day First Aid

Full UK driving licence

Good IT/MS Office skills

Ability to pass a DBS check

Package £45k-£50k + car allowance (some flexibility)

27 days holiday + bank holidays

Pension up to 7.5%
