Job Description
Assembly And Fabrication Operatives Required in Kendal, Cumbria to start immediately on a 3 month project
What this role will entail:
- Manual handling of Aluminium housings and Copper and Aluminium busbars of varying mass;
- Preparation of assembly materials (Use of Stanley knives / scissors);
- Light hand machining (Use of grinders / finishing papers);
- Masking of housings and busbars prior to powder coating;
- Use of hand tools i.e. De-burring tools, spanners, sockets, screwdrivers, rivet guns & inserting machines;
- Assembly of busbar trunking to exacting standards;
- Packaging product for dispatch
Generic Duties :
- The employee will carry out any other administration tasks as necessary or as requested by the Heads of Department.
- At all times and in all respects conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions and regulations of the company.
- And any other tasks as necessary to ensure that the Company Profits are maximised at all time.
