Rate: £17.99 PAYE | £23.89 LTD | £26.41 Charge
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

The Opportunity We are recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Joiners to join a Property Maintenance & Construction team in Ashington on a temporary contract running until April 2027.

The successful candidates will carry out joinery repairs and associated multi-skilled maintenance work across domestic and commercial properties.

This role requires a high standard of workmanship, strong customer service skills and the ability to complete work efficiently while meeting targets and deadlines.

• Company van and fuel card provided.
• Power tools, equipment and workwear provided.
• On-call retainer and overtime opportunities available where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of joinery repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Complete associated multi-skilled maintenance works as required.
• Work across domestic and commercial properties.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
• Complete work efficiently and to required targets and deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service while working on site.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company standards.

Maintain a professional approach when working within occupied and operational environments.

Essential Requirements

City & Guilds Craft Certificate in Joinery or an equivalent qualification.
Full UK driving licence.
Proven experience in joinery and building construction.
Experience working within a property maintenance environment.
Experience working across domestic and commercial properties.
Ability to work effectively to targets and deadlines.
Strong practical workmanship and attention to detail.
Good customer service and communication skills.

Desirable

CSCS Card.
Experience carrying out a wider range of multi-skilled property maintenance works.
