What Would Your Role Be?

· Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia for clients in the Infrastructure, Technology, Life Sciences and Energy sectors

· Managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process

· Negotiating and building relationships with senior level stakeholders

· Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector

· Coming up with new initiatives that will benefit the business

· Booking client meetings and getting the chance to visit Scandinavia (They have offices in Denmark and Sweden)

The Requirements

· Sales experience desirable but not essential and

· Degree qualified desirable but not essential

· Any recruitment experience at all would be advantageous

· English language proficiency

· Hardworking, resilient, and entrepreneurial attitude

· Excellent communication skills

· Ambitious and self-starter

· Competitive nature

· Great interpersonal skills

· Must have the right to work in the UK

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
