Job Description
We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team, splitting your time between the Shoreditch office and construction sites. This is a hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of project delivery, managing costs from tender through to final account.
Salary circa £70k
Varied role combining office-based commercial management with on-site presence
Central Shoreditch location with excellent transport links
Immediate start available and ready to onboard within 4 weeks
What we're looking for:
Proven QS experience across both pre and post-contract stages
Comfortable working between office and site environments
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
Available to start within the next month
