Senior Project Manager overview:
My client, a leading main contractor specialising in Office Fit-Outs is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Southampton overseeing projects valuing upwards of £20m. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Office Fit-Outs and have demonstrated success in client-facing roles.
Senior Project Manager responsibilities:
- Managing the project daily from start to finish
- Conducting front-end due diligence work
- Pre-contract management
- Phase-by-phase management of the construction process on-site
- Liaising with clients regarding project progress
- Client facing, actively winning work for the company
Project Manager requirements:
- Proven track record of success in Project Management
- Live locally to Southampton
- Comfortable in Client facing roles and ability to work a work-winning role
- Office Fit-out experience is essential
