Project Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure | Suffolk
Location: Suffolk
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + excellent benefits
I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction consultancy that is continuing to grow its infrastructure team and is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on significant infrastructure schemes while developing your career within a consultancy that values collaboration, invests in its people and offers genuine opportunities for progression.
The Role

Provide commercial support across the full project lifecycle.

Prepare cost reports, valuations, forecasts and financial reporting.

Administer and manage NEC contracts.

Assist with procurement, subcontract management and change control.

Work closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.

Support the successful commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
About You
-
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK construction industry.

Infrastructure project experience is essential.

Good working knowledge of NEC contracts.

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.

A proactive approach and a genuine desire to develop your career.
