Dove & Hawk is working with a well-established boutique agency in Prime Central London. They are looking for an established Lettings person to come in and hit the ground running!
Key Responsibilities:
- List and promote properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords.
- Expand the lettings business.
- Keep up to date with all lettings and estate agency legislations.
Requirements:
- Previous Residential lettings experience in a Senior Lettings/Valuer role
- Driving License
- Understanding of the lettings process and legislation.
Salary: £30,000 basic, £80,000 OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm.
