Site Manager - Chippenham, SN15

MadiganGill are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy housing development project in Chippenham, SN15.

Job Details:

• Location: Chippenham, SN15
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 3 Months
• Hours: Monday to Friday
• Rate:£300 per day
• Payment: CIS available

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager on residential housing developments
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site programmes
• Must be able to drive and have own transport

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy housing development
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality on site
• Conducting site inspections and progress meetings
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and senior management
• Ensuring site records and documentation are kept up to date
