Daniel Owen are looking for a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager for a 10 week refurbishment project in Edinburgh.
The project will include:
Removal of partition walls and glazing Replacement of the existing heating & chilled water system with VRF Removal of partition walls and glazing Installation of new lighting throughout Start Date: Week commencing 22nd or 29th September - TBC ️ Programme: 8-10 weeks The Role We're seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to oversee this project from start to finish. You'll be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and keeping the programme on track. You'll also act as the key point of contact for the client team, ensuring smooth delivery throughout. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager/Project Manager on refurbishment/fit-out projects. SMSTS and Black CSCS Card essential. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
