Site Manager (SM) - School Refurbishment Project
Pay Rate: £29.00-£32.00 per hour
We're looking for an experienced
Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced school refurbishment project.
Project Details:
Start Date: Friday 17th July
Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (through to the end of August)
Working Pattern: Weekend work is likely to ensure the project is completed before the new school term.
Scope of Works:
External refurbishment works including:
Car park improvements
Footpath works
Internal refurbishment works including:
Toilet refurbishment
Nursery refurbishment
Requirements:
Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or refurbishment environments.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
DBS is essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep the project on programme.
