Job Vacancy: Plasterer - Social Housing
Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Temporary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to undertake work on social housing properties, with an immediate start available. This is a temporary opportunity, ideal for a reliable plasterer with experience in social housing.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out general plastering and skimming works within social housing properties.
Preparing walls and ceilings for plastering.
Repairing damaged plasterwork and making good existing surfaces.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
Working professionally and respectfully within occupied and void properties.
Requirements
Previous experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or domestic properties.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Good attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.
CSCS card Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, Face Fit
