Senior / Assistant Site Quantity Surveyor Central London | £300-£450 Per Day | Long-Term Freelance

A confidential client is seeking a Senior Site QS and Assistant Site QS for a prestigious high-end residential project in Central London, with work continuing through to 2027/2028

A recognised Quantity Surveying qualification is essential, along with proven high-end / luxury residential experience.

We are looking for candidates with a strong track record across prime residential, luxury refurbishment, heritage or similarly high-specification projects.

Senior Site QS Full commercial management of multiple trade packages

Valuations, variations, change control and final accounts

Subcontractor management and negotiations

Measurement, procurement and cost reporting

Working closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors

Mentoring an Assistant QS

Essential: QS qualification and proven experience delivering commercial packages on high-end residential projects.

Assistant Site QS Measurement and quantity take-offs

Supporting valuations, variations and payment assessments

Procurement and tender comparisons

Dayworks, site records and commercial administration

Supporting subcontractor and final accounts

Essential: QS qualification and previous experience within high-end residential or complex, high-specification construction, with strong measurement and Excel skills.

Project Prestigious high-end residential development

Central London

£300-£450 per day, dependent on experience

Long-term freelance opportunity through

2027/2028 Site-based with some flexibility around working arrangements

QS QUALIFICATION + GENUINE HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE ARE ESSENTIAL.
