Morrison Facilities Services has won a five-year housing repairs and maintenance contract from Paragon Community Housing, worth £90m.
The contract, which has an option to extend for a further five years, covers four lots of work; responsive repairs and voids; gas servicing and breakdown; Decent Homes; and cyclical works.
The contract will cover 9,800 properties across the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, Lambeth, and Wandsworth, plus Elmbridge, Mole Valley and Spelthorne in Surrey.
Morrison is due to take over the contract on the 1 June 2010 and will work with Paragon staff and residents during the next month on the mobilisation of the contract.
