The project involves the design and construction of 801 student accommodation rooms and a welfare ‘hub’ at Turing College. There will be five residences and four townhouses, together with a two-storey centre that will be the hub for laundry facilities, a study area, catering and dining.
This will be the second project Brookfield Multiplex will deliver for UPP. The construction of the new Bridges hall of residence for more than 640 students is currently progressing at the Reading Campus in Berkshire and is due to complete in 2014.
