The project is Vitas Student’s sixth new development in less than two years and brings the total number of Vita Student apartments in the UK up to 929, following previous launches in Liverpool, Manchester and Bristol.
Vita Student at Portland House is just off the main high street in Exeter. Once completed, it will have 161 studios and two-bedroom apartments, which are being offered for sale to investors.
Cheshire-based Vita Student was founded in 2012 by estate agent Select Property with housing developer Huntsmere.
