Engineered to comply with Department of Health environmental design principles for adult medium secure units, the Vistalux includes the unique Vistamatic Lifetime Warranty*.
Manufactured from marine grade 316 stainless steel, the Vistalux anti-ligature vision panel is designed to ensure safe and secure observation and is suitable for door thicknesses from 39mm to 60mm. Key features of this high performance vision panel also include: rounded corners; bevelled edge return; anti-ligature knob and collar; tamper proof screws; plus a bolt through system.
Available in two standard sizes (404mm square and 800mm x 250mm oblong), the Vistalux anti ligature vision panel can be specified as 30 minute Certifire Fire rated or standard non-fire rated. It is also available as a bespoke product manufactured to customers’ exact requirements.
Vistalux vision panels incorporate the Vistamatic Max cam, allowing an enlarged viewing aspect that more than doubles the vista of any standard panel through an enlarged multiple linear design, while demonstrating the appearance of a venetian blind. The viewing aspect on the Max is increased to more than 25mm providing a unique and exceptional vista, improving the observation and monitoring benefits to service users. A standard linear option offering a 9mm viewing aspect is available on request.
The new Vistalux panel will debut along with other new and innovative observation and monitoring solutions on the Vistamatic stand (E29) at Healthcare Estates Conference & Exhibition, Manchester Central, 1-2 November 2011.
