Planning secured for student flats in Stratford

The Stratford scheme, which received approval from the Olympic Delivery Authority planning committee this week, will total 250,000 sq ft over 28 storeys.

This scheme goes a long way towards Unite’s target of delivering 4,000 new student bedrooms in London by 2014.

The new development is not only right next to Europe’s largest urban shopping centre but also close to several London universities.
