Dundee Waterfront is home to a £1bn regeneration project along 8km of the River Tay.

Roberston’s plans for Site 6 have been submitted to Dundee City Council by its architect Cooper Cromar. It is proposing to build 88 apartments across two six-storey buildings and a 150-bed hotel. Robertson Construction is hoping to move onto site in September 2017 and complete in phases up to summer 2019.

Chief operating officer Derek Shewan said: “Dundee Waterfront is an exciting and innovative development project. The team behind the Waterfront is ambitious and enthusiastic about this project and we are delighted to be working with them. We are looking forward to delivering something the whole of Scotland can be proud of.”
