Your Role As Admin Team Lead:

• Supporting and coordinating a small administration team
• Day-to-day administrative operations in a busy environment
• Dealing with invoices, queries, complaints
• Supporting, mentoring and training junior members of the team
• Taking on increasing responsibility with the opportunity to progress into a management position

You'll Need As Admin Team Lead:

• Previous experience in an administration, coordination or office-based role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Want to take on more responsibility and lead a team
• Live commutable to Buckingham
