Daniel Owen are looking to speak with Catering Managers in and around Hull.
Our client is looking for an experienced, diligent catering manager.
Location: Hull - Various school locations
Working hours: 38.75 hours per week between the hours of 6am and 7pm
Your new role
What you'll do:
* Managing catering service delivery across 5 schools
* Deliver and monitor the Service Delivery Plans and KPIs
* Deliver a contractually compliant catering service
* Establish, monitor, and supplement resource levels to comply with contract requirements
* Facilitate the development of robust risk management processes and associated procedures
* To develop relations and collaboration with contract management teams to ensure delivery of contract.
* Stock and delivery control across 5 sites
* Support other soft service delivery as needed
Due to the multi-site nature of this role, a valid UK Driving licence would be beneficial. A food hygiene certificate would also be advantageous
The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
