Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- DBS clearance required
- PASMA/IPAF and Legionella knowledge desirable
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, including EICRs, PAT testing, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
- Diagnose faults, complete repairs, certification and testing in line with current regulations and standards.
- Assist with maintenance of UPS systems, generators and load testing.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure high-quality workmanship, and comply with all Health & Safety requirements.
- Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota and deliver excellent customer service.
Experience
- 2-5 years' experience within a property maintenance or commercial maintenance environment.
- Experience of testing, inspection, fault finding and electrical remedial works.
- Ability to support additional maintenance tasks outside core electrical duties.
