Rate: Up to £43 per hour Umbrella
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known client based in the North London area, who are looking for a highly skilled Party Wall Surveyor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities - Party Wall Surveyor

Carry out Party Wall surveys and inspections in accordance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Act as an appointed Party Wall Surveyor for building owners and adjoining owners. Prepare and serve Party Wall Notices, Party Structure Notices and Line of Junction Notices. Review proposed works, drawings and construction details to assess Party Wall implications. Prepare detailed Schedules of Condition for adjoining properties prior to works commencing. Prepare and agree Party Wall Awards, including defining the rights and responsibilities of all parties. Liaise with residents, leaseholders, homeowners, contractors and internal teams throughout the Party Wall process. Inspect properties before, during and after works to monitor compliance with Party Wall Awards. Assess potential damage claims and determine whether works have caused damage to adjoining properties. Provide technical advice relating to building works, structural alterations, extensions and refurbishment projects.
