The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in delivering innovative hydrogeological and geological solutions, supporting clients across a wide range of environmental and regulatory challenges. Working closely with experienced specialists, you'll contribute to technically demanding projects from initial assessment through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support across a broad range of hydrogeological and geological services.
- Contribute to all stages of project delivery, from planning through to completion.
- Prepare desk-based studies, technical reports and quantitative risk assessments.
- Develop conceptual and numerical hydrogeological models.
- Design and implement groundwater management and remediation strategies.
- Supervise site investigations and provide technical oversight to contractors and field teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients, regulators and key stakeholders.
- Assist in the successful management and delivery of technically complex projects.
About You
We're keen to hear from Hydrogeologists and Geologists who possess:
- Strong technical knowledge of hydrogeology, geology and environmental assessment.
- Proven experience undertaking groundwater assessment projects.
- Excellent technical report writing and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of relevant environmental legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience using hydrogeological modelling software.
- Confidence managing both office-based and field-based activities.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Previous project management experience would be advantageous.
Qualifications & Professional Memberships
Essential:
- Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology or a related discipline.
- MSc qualification preferred.
- Membership of a relevant professional body, such as the Geological Society.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
