Award winning structural design practice are expanding their London team. The company has around 20 staff in total and are well established. London is their smallest office, currently with only 2 staff, looking to grow to 4. They work very much as "business all" though, and staff from the other office regularly use the London space, with projects often shared between offices.
The culture is people focused - supportive and collaborative.
Sustainability is at the heart of the ethos and working to produce efficient and low carbon solutions is considered key. Projects are often unique and include a wide range of different materials and building types, shapes and sizes, often architecturally led schemes.
Ideally you will be Chartered or nearing this status, and experienced enough to run your own projects and assist more junior staff. UK experience is essential. No visa sponsorship is offered.
In addition to base salary, there is a phone allowance, laptop, regular socials, medical and wellbeing scheme, generous holiday allowance, CPD and career progression opportunities, income protection, pension, flexible and hybrid working and annual salary reviews.
