Assistant Site Quantity Surveyor
Central London | £250-£325 Per Day | Long-Term Freelance
A confidential client is seeking a
Assistant Site QS for a prestigious high-end residential project in Central London, with work continuing through to 2027/2028
A recognised Quantity Surveying qualification is essential, along with proven high-end / luxury residential experience.
We are looking for candidates with a strong track record across prime residential, luxury refurbishment, heritage or similarly high-specification projects.
Assistant Site QS
Measurement and quantity take-offs
Supporting valuations, variations and payment assessments
Procurement and tender comparisons
Dayworks, site records and commercial administration
Supporting subcontractor and final accounts
Essential: QS qualification and previous experience within high-end residential or complex, high-specification construction, with strong measurement and Excel skills.

Site-based with some flexibility around working arrangements
