APPLY Job Description

To oversee our site surveyor and manage the site team costs, liease with client surveyors and project team.
Prepare and issue monthly valuations and variations to project costs
Review contract documents and T & C`s
Need to be familiar with construction contracts, JCT / NEC as a sub-contractor.
Interior fitout company.
Offices in Hull & London.
Travel and out of town overnight stays will be required.
