This is an opportunity for someone with at least two years of relevant experience who can work safely, deliver quality installations and manage their workload effectively. The role offers a basic salary based on the National Living Wage, with additional commission linked to the amount of work completed. Expected annual earnings are around £38,000, depending on productivity. Key responsibilities

Install cavity wall insulation across a range of sites in Kent.
Carry out installation work safely and to the required quality standards.
Use tools and equipment correctly and follow relevant health and safety procedures.
Work efficiently to complete allocated jobs and meet expected productivity levels.
Follow site instructions and communicate with colleagues and supervisors.
Maintain a professional approach when working on different sites.
Help ensure work is completed accurately and in line with relevant procedures.

Full UK driving licence.
At least two years of relevant experience in cavity wall insulation or a closely related installation role.

Valid CSCS card.
Relevant construction, insulation or installation qualifications.

Expected earnings of around £38,000 per year.
Basic pay at the National Living Wage, with commission on top based on completed work.
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
