An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ESG Advisor / ESG Consultant to join an expanding international consultancy. Focused in the Logistics Sector within Germany.

Locations: Germany - Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Dusseldorf

Salary: €75,000 - €90,000 basic + Additional Benefits + Variable Bonus

Job Description:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a rapidly growing international consultancy, which are actively seeking several ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) professionals to join their team. The ESG team covers many areas across the construction and real estate sectors but this one is focused within the logistics sector.

Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:

• Assessing the company's current ESG performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing ESG strategies and policies
• Helping the company to report on its ESG performance in a transparent and credible way
• Advising the company on how to comply with relevant ESG regulations and standards
• Awareness of the risks and opportunities associated with ESG issues
• Help a company to develop a plan to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions
• Help a company to report on its ESG performance in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
• Provide training on ESG issues to employees

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Net Zero, Sustainable, ESG, Carbon assessment, Energy saving experience
• An interest in climate risk and sustainability
• German and English fluent - written and spoken
• A relevant degree certification

German and English language are a must for this role. Therefore, we cannot consider anyone below a B2 level.
