SPECIALIST FITTER CHARGEHAND We're looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Specialist Fitter Chargehand to join our team.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

IPAF certification.

Valid CSCS card.

SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.

Proven experience in specialist fitting.

Previous experience supervising and leading a team.

Strong knowledge of health and safety.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL:

Lead and motivate a team of fitters.

Oversee daily site operations.

Maintain high standards of workmanship.

Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Lead by example and take pride in delivering quality work.
