The Queensland Road development, which received planning permission in March 2009, includes a community sports centre as well as 354 homes. The development is expected to be completed in 2013
However, the timetable for 375 private homes proposed for the site remains uncertain.
The development is part of Arsenal's commitment to regeneration schemes in the Borough of Islington following its move from Highbury.
