Mansell has been awarded a £11.5m contract to design and build a series of commercial buildings across two sites in Scotland for Huntaven Properties.
A three-storey office extension, workshop and new car park will be constructed at the Badentoy site. At Fordoun a new machine-shop and separate machinery building will be built, alongside an extension to the pipe-yard storage and distribution facility, car parking and external works.
Construction at the Fordoun site will require an existing concrete runway, used during the Second World War, to be excavated and crushed to use in construction of the pipe-yard storage.
To ensure customer operations continue unhindered, works will be carried out in a phased sequence.
Both projects have recently started on site and will run concurrently.
