Three contractors will share a £10m housing refurbishment contract in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Apollo, Connaught and Lakehouse are the lucky three.
External works include repairs to concrete, roofs, windows and doors, rewiring, and communal redecorations. Internal modernisation of tenanted flats involves rewiring, replacement of kitchens and / or bathrooms, and ancillary works.
Eight contractors bid for the deal originally.
