Willmott Dixon has won the Scape National Contractors Framework, which is worth £350m over the next four years.

The contractor saw off competition from Miller, Vinci, Mansell, Interserve and Kier.

Scape is a local authority-controlled company that procures OJEU-compliant construction framework agreements across the UK. Its shareholders are: Derby City, Derbyshire County, Gateshead, Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire County and Warwickshire County Councils.

Under the framework, Willmott Dixon will be Scape’s sole delivery partner for new-build and refurbishment projects that local authorities procure using Scape. Projects range in value from £2m to £30m.

Public bodies can appoint Willmott Dixon to deliver a wide scope of facilities that include local education, further and higher education, health, emergency services, residential, care homes, leisure, depots and commercial facilities.

Willmott Dixon has been Scape’s sole delivery partner since October 2006.
